This was a carpentry project based in Dorchester for wine merchant ‘Moorish and Banham’. After communicating closely with the owner about their vision and meticulously measuring out all the materials and walls, we created a ceiling high wood cabinet for storing all the bottles of wine, as well as additional shelving and storage units. This job also involved building a bespoke table and benches that would be used to serve tasting parties. This was made using old pitch pine from former brewery floor joists, so it really was an authentic and fit in very well with the character of the business.
